We received very prompt warm and courteous reception, which set a
nice tone for the entire trip. We were very warmly seen off and given a gift
of a shawl, on behalf of Mystic Bliss, which we very thankfully acknowledge.
The vehicle provided was in excellent condition and provided us very
comfortable and smooth ride. We would like to make a special mention about
Sonam Dorji who drove us around for the entire duration. He is an excellent
driver who drives the vehicle with complete control, coolness and was
nowhere rash. This made us very relaxed during the entire travel. He is also
an intelligent young man and being well educated could provide answers to
our queries and discuss certain points. This made the entire trip all the
more pleasurable and an informative experience.
Kinley Tensin is
an excellend guide. He is young, full of enthusiasm and takes his job with
all the seriousness that it deserves. On Oct 10 while coming out of the fort
from the festival we were caught in a stampede and he protected both of us
with all his energies. He looked after our special food and other comforts
meticulously and to our entire satisfaction. Kinley and Sonam took care of
Mrs. Suresh Chandra, who has certain knee and breathing difficulties, with
much affectionate care and this made us feel very realxed and comfortable.
Both Kinley and Sonam observed punctuality very meticulously and
this was very gratifying.

The country of Bhutan was above our expectations. We wish you to continue to grow and develop but without ruining the originality of this land. The organization and the excustion of the entire tour was excellent. Our tour guide, Sambhu was 100% professional, very well educated, with deep knowledge of his job and a magnificient speak with good English. He was always willing to accomplish our needs with a smile on his face. Our driver Migma was very good and made us feel secure. He was extremely polite with pleasant personality and was always there for us.
The most important thing that made this trip different from all the others is that we felt that we were traveling with 2 friends and not some employee of a travel agency. We wish you both our best!!

The Guide, Kinley Tensin was good. He should/could relate more on the economy, history etc to guests though I realize that Bhutans economy is still backward. Otherwise Kinley is a great and fun guide and full of sense of humor. He rounded up my trip in Bhutan with a great pebble bath - absolutely fun, unique and refreshing after a heavy walking day tours.
Overall I enjoyed Bhutan with a great tour guide and a great driver, who took me through those harrowing, narrow roads in Bhutan - Hats off!! Thank you both for taking good care of me.

A very good trip. Our guide Sambhu Darjee demonstrated to be an excellent person, kind, honest, polite and very intelligent with a good knowledge of all historical, geographical and traditional characteristics of Bhutan. He was always ready for any of our requests and did everything to satisfy our needs, leaving us an excellent image of the people of Bhutan.
The driver was also excellent and always ready to help. Hotels for good at most of the places except in Bumthang and Punakha where they could have been better. Hotel and services in Kolkata were excellent.
Overall a very pleasurable trip.

The driver and guide were very helpful during the trip. We had problems with food at all places as there was not much variety. Hotel in Thimphu has nice location, Kichu in Wangdue was far from town. The hotel in Paro had nice rooms but the problem of food was everywhere.
